Some Golden Marketplace listings are offered as paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Recurring billing. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance at the price and billing interval (monthly or annual) shown at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Non-refundable. All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does
not refund charges already made.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Your listing benefits remain active through the end of the current paid period, after which the paid features end.
Non-payment. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may suspend or remove the paid features of your listing.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing or plan features. We will provide notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
Your listing content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and confirm you have the rights to any logos, images, and text you submit. We may edit or remove listing content that violates these Terms.

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megnetik Corporation shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
